• All rates are subject to 13.42% tax and can be changed without notice.
• Minimum stay: 4 nights except Holiday Season December 20 - January 5 (7 nights).
• Deposit required: $500. Deposit may be forfeit if cancellation is not received 30 days prior to arrival.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations without an advance deposit are subject to automatic cancellation without notice.

ONCE A RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED THE CANCELLATION FEE IS $200.00 WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

From date of booking to 30 days prior to arrival - refund less $200 cancellation fee. 0-30 days of arrival there is NO REFUND unless unit is re-booked in which case refund will be made only for days re-booked less the $200 cancellation fee. NOTE: booking for arrival between 12/15 and 1/1 require a 60 day notice of cancellation for refund less the $200 cancellation fee.
